My Wc 3 Image extractor II Not Working

iwillkillu999	Everytime i try to open the Wc 3 Image extractor II it says: Failed to load control 'commondialog' from Comdlg32.ock. Your version of Comdlg32.ock may be out dated. Make sure you are using the version that was provided.:confused:
