Yeah, I've finally decided to finish the 1.04 version of the Dungeon Master MOD. There are a lot of new things and you can expect a major bug revision. I would like to show you the new features and changes done in this 1.04 version, not counting on the major bug revision. All these features are alredy done, same with the 1.04. Now it's just time to beta-test it, which will probably last a week: HISTORY: ------------ 1.04 ------------------------ - NEW FUNCTION Auto-Revive, with Penalty like losing a random item. - NEW Doors Commands, wich helps to manipulate doors. - ADDED The Merchants, which include Dwarven and Goblin Merchant Places selling items. - NEW FUNCTION RGB Coloring Units. - The DM can now easily create conversations between units really fast, with a simply command. - NEW Usefull Quick chat commands! (Almost 15 new commands, Manuals are updated with the newest commands) - Now the DM will notice when a Hero Player dies, and death is better handled. - Diplomacy Setup and Hero Reviving are now faster thanks to the new command shortcuts. - Manuals Unit codes revised and quick chat commands list performed. - Fixed some character classes bugs. ------------------------ It will be released after a week or less of beta testing, of course, before The Frozen Throne, and will be the last version of the Dungeon Master MOD. Sad? well, expect something awesome after TFT. A project that I got in-mind (very related to all this), that you'll sure love it. You'll heard more about this after TFT. For the momment, just wait to see the 1.04! :ggani: |

these changes are very cool, bt dont forget to take away the necromancer's divine armor. also you might wanna include the option of turning off the locked camera, so the player can view like normal wc3. |

Yeah, the Necromancer has been fixed, as long as some other classes. But forget the free camera! That camera has no sense in a roleplay game. Can you move your camera around the scenario in NWN, for example? If you're controling other units and you lose them, you'll have to turn back to rescue them again. That has sense in roleplay terms I'll release it this week (prolly tomorrow or so!), and I think I've made much beta testing of it, now I can't find more probs on it. :D The 1.04 is really kewl!;) |

i agree free camera is stupid in an rpg but the current locked one sucks no offence you cant see where you are going. you can walk in circles for hours not even noticing theres a gate right beside you. etc etc. |

yeah, well, but the thing is that you have to explore a bit the surroundings. ![]() Also, you can choose between 4 types of cameras, so you should not have any problem to find the one that fits you (for example, use the !cam4 if you preffer the normal war3 view) |
