Im wondering, what are the best FREE programs to use for making textures, and importing them, and how to use them.
Your help is great appechiated

im guessing that u mean skining? for skining i use photoshop, but there is also paint shop pro, u can get either for a free 30 day trial. just search google or sumthing to find the sites.
