I have the tightest Kimahri! But I cant make it BLP!

Eol	Help! I have the tightest change from Grom Hellscream to Kimahri but I dont know how to make it a .blp! Help ME!

Pheonix-IV	open the .tga with Image Extractor 2 and then save it as a .blp, if that dosnt work then u need to use PsP 7.0 to edit the skin, cause i know 8.0 dosnt work
