I haven't done any serious testing of it, but I believe they won't show up whatever you do. It's an unimplemented feature. It would be cool though to display an icon for the player with the most kills ^^. |

Are you the green player? Chances are it's just using the team color .blp for the icon. |

I have tried to find a way to set the icons, going back almost a year ago. All attempts at finding out how to set them have failed. I even tried getting an answer out of Blizzard. The unnoficial answer is that it is an unimplemented feature. |

well I also just came across those icons but in constrast to you mine aren't ugly green - they have a regular border and are all light blue - but I also wish that I knew what to do with them ... |

I created all these new icons for my map (no not for the leaderboard, just for new units) and when I press F9 (Quests) or any other menu button that brings up a dialog, all the new icons go that light green colour too. They're fine otherwise in the game. |

Jatz, sounds like you still need Disabled icons. Take your icon and make it darker, and fade out the angled button edges. Then save it as DISBTNiconname.blp and insert it in the ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\ folder. Whenever the game stops playing or a unit with an ability is stunned, slept, or whatnot, it replaces the "usable" icons with Disabled icons. The reason they're green is that you don't have disabled icons set, so it isn't finding anything to replace the usable icons with. EDIT: BTW, E-F, did you try converting the leaderboard triggers to jass and searching the part about the icons for references to where they're located? Also, I consider it likely that there aren't any icons premade for the leaderboard, and they might also be a different format or propotion from the normal icons. Maybe not, but it's worth checking. You'll almost certainly have to make and place your own icons, at any rate, unless you can change their path in the jass code. |
