hmm...you would need region but anyway with region here is the trigger (its not exactly what im gonna say)

Event-Unit enters region

Action:Move (Unit)to region X

thats a pretty easy trigger but i dont think you can do it without regions..

Unit - A unit owned by (Player X) Finishes training a unit.

Unit - Order (Trained Unit) to Move To (<Anywhere you pick>)

That will work unless the barracks/altar/whatever has a rally point selected. Add a Wait 0.00 before the "issue order" and the rally point will be ignored (overwritten).
