Karma Patrol	Use Warcraft 3 Viewer. You can get it here.

Starcraftfreak	Install the VB runtime files. The same files are required for WinMPQ. Apart from that I also encourage you to use the new Warcraft III Viewer.

skeletor	I got the viewer, but can I do the same saving thing with it, to skinit. Do I even need the extractor?

Karma Patrol	Nope, the War3 Viewer pretty much replaces Image Extractor II.
