tips question

I know that you can edit the dmg for certain damages on certain armors, and how to edit the amout of stuff gained per attribute gain, but where (if anywhere) can you edit the tooltips that pop up for the armor types and for heroes stats?

can i ask how can i make alliance in the map editor?

1) Advanced>Cameplay Inferface\
2) Sceniero>Forces

The 1.15 WE now has tip editing in the Advanced -> Game Interface... menu.
