It's hard to see how they look like when there are so many of then standing so close to eachother, try making a picture zoomed in on just one of them...

I have shaded it now... but tech Mpq can't extract it into the War3.mpq anymore... It says: Error opening Mpq file; unknown error

Btw: Knight of Ni... Thanks!

Why did you post a new thread? I think there's no need to do that and if you allow me I would like to delete the old one.
About the skins, what do you mean by 'based' on movie pics? If it's Cut and paste it's a good idea to tell us, or I'll take a look at the blps.
There's no real problem on doing that but the people have the right to know what did you really make and what not, so stating you did it or not is highly recommended.
If they aren't, I would say they need more contrast (shading), mainly highlights, and look blurred on some parts.

BTW don't take this as if I was mean or anything, just leeting you to know since you're new to the site.

Yes... remove the old one... And what I meant was that it's cut and paste... But it's only the face that is cut and paste...

I suggest you make the armor metal and weapon metal different colors, let armor be the same, but the weapons shinier, add blood too.

If I remember correctly, orcs had green or tannish skin color...also I'd try for a bit more color in the armor, maybe some brown?

The faces are from the movie... Cut and past you know...

I tried to add some brown but it didn't look any good...
