Guest | This may have already been covered by somebody, but I don't remember reading it so here goes... Some of you may already know that to enable non-standard maps you have to edit the ui\WorldEditData.txt file. That, or use an editor that already has it fixed. Well, I discovered that you can also edit ui\WorldEditGameStrings.txt and change the default map name from 'Just Another Warcraft 3 Map' to whatever you want. That, and the description and map creator, etc., etc. This way when you create a new map it is assigned the name and other fields that you've edited to be the new defaults. You can just completely skip having to go to Scenario->Map Description. You'll still get the notice when you first save that the map is still using the default name, but ignore it. Hope this helps!
