I want to know how to create new spells by .slk & .txt
Can someone tell me?

This forum is not a tutorial forum. Its main purpose is to help people having issues with SLK & TXT editing or eventually to discuss the subject.

If you are looking for general info, some people spent time writing tutorials for this kind of question, then it would be nice if you looked in the tutorial forum. Then they wouldn't have done all that for nothing.
