I'm making a new campaign...(interested?)

I'm gonna make a LOTR campaign using some of my custom units... So I was wondering if somebody is interested in this kind of campaign... Not that I need help, I just want to know if some of you likes the idea....

Looks brilliant. I can't say I really like the idea, since so many people (Naturally) have tried it, but this one looks pretty good. What else can you tell us about it?

i think it sounds cool, since although people have tried, no one has managed to present/announce a LotR campaign. I think the poster looks really cool with nice skins and such. You should give it a shot.

Thank you! I made the intro yesterday and so far it looks promising!... But it would be good if I had some fitting music... Exept for the LoTR movie music.... anyone have any tips?

That image looks awesome but don't try a campaign with a team. You would be wasting time and those cool looking skins, your chance of suceeding with a team is close to nothing. I think its a good indication that every campaign completed was done almost entirely by one person. Except RoK and we don't even want to talk about that one, do we?

LotR is a bad idea only because like 3000 people have attempted to make an LotR campaign. Make something original you can use those skins cept for the Sauron. An epic story not involving LotR in the slightest.

Well... Thing is that I WILL make this on my own... Only thing I really need is someone to model a male archer(legolas) and a black rider on a flying beast...

I don't like the idea..... I LOVE the idea! And please make it a kick *** campaign where there's just you're small party against hundreds of orcs and goblins(like the movie, which kicks ***). Please, I'm begging u!

That's what I will do... You should just see a small Helms Deep test I made... When you are defending the small passage behind the gate.... Like every ten seconds 20 new orcs come running in! LOL

Btw... There are rules against advertisement... So I would remove that thing if I were you...

I made the legolas for my campaign (well, it wasn't supposed to be legolas, but the face fitted so well...). I intend to post the preview of the skin as soon as I can find a Cybercafe here that will enable the use of standard floppys. As soon as I do that you'll be notified to check if you like it. I must warn you, though that the hairstyle is still messed up. Each time I tried to apply Orlando's hairstyle, the hair looked grey and it just didn't fit the game. Well, tell ya more later...

Look at my Helm's Deep map in Map Development.

After I finish it (in August after movie release - Map is Singleplayer) I'll release it publicly if you want to use that instead of making your own.

Thanks for the offer but I think I'll stick with doing my own... Cause I will have three helms deep maps... One when you defend the wall breach... One when you defend the gate... and one when you ride out..
