My skin look wicked in game... HELP!

Ok so i tryed to get this model ingame but the skin is getting messed up... This is in max...

And here is in the War 3 Explorer... It looks the same in game...
And i have tried to flip it upside down and tried to mirror it and this and that but nothing seems to work...

remember to break al verts. otherwise the skin isnt going to work good in wc3 for some reason.

sry for beeing nooby but how do i "break" the vertices??
