New Map Idea!!!

I just thought recently of a SWEET idea for a map that is also hilarious and fun.


Does anyone know the show The Mole on ABC?

Well I have a similar idea.

The Noob!

10 players, one of them is the Noob.

So this is how it would play out.

Every round there would be a challenge. The object for the players is to win the challenge. The object of the Noob is to screw it up secretly. (can you imagine? no, Im not the noob!)

After every round, players have 5 questions about the noob.

1) Where was the noob from the (left/right) at the start of the challenge?

2) What role(s) did the noob have during the challenge (ie. runner, shooter, etc.)

3) How many points did the Noob get?

4) What section of the holding area was the Noob in after the challenge?

5) Who is the Noob?

The one who gets the most questions wrong loses. If there is a tie, the one who answers most quickly wins.

Now here's how the game would work:

Players are in a straight line from left to right at the start of the game.

They then proceed to the challenge and do it.

If the players win, they win money towards the pot ..

(100,000 or whatever, 100,000 is available for each round but could be splitup ie. 50k for the challnege and 50k for a sub game that goes on, and 200k is available in the last round instead of 100k)


.. but if they lose, then the Noob gets a point..

except: if the noob loses but someone in the quiz picks the noob on question #5. In that case, the players get a point.

This is needed simply because the Noob could deliberately f*** up a challenge and laugh at everyone. Making the newb not gain makes motivation to conceal his identity.

At the end, 3 people remain. 1 of them is the Noob.

The last two players will have all 5 questions on theyre quiz the same: who is the noob? the one with the most right will win. In a tie situation, the Noob picks the ultimate winner, but the tie-ing player still wins.

Now to the winning part: the winner and possibly the 2nd place (if he "won") and the noob all meet. The money is converted to points, 100k = 1 point. Every point the noob has means he was sucessful, every point the player has means they were sucessful. If the newb has 3 or more points he wins. If he has less than 3 the players win. The amount of points determines the final ending. If the players have 8 points the normal ending is there. If they have 9 there is a special ending. If they have all 10, there is a 1337 ending! :D

it sounds like this map to me would be a great bnet map. Doesnt have to be big too. Its like Mario Party on crack!

You have a good plan, but it sounds a little hard, How would you be given the questions is it automated or would there be an accual host for the gameif its automated the questions would get so easy to memorise that one person could win each and every time, however if there is an accual host you would keep on haveing to come up with questions. I would be glad to hear your answer for this subject.
