Tool Tip missing problem

I change my character abilities but when i play the game it show "Tool Tip Missing" when my mouse pointed at the icon image. When i click nothing happen,
So can anybody help me with this

Did you edit the strings for the spell as well in the <race>abilitystrings.txt file?
