WinMPQ isn't working!!! HELP!!!

LAlakers126	When i downloaded WinMPQ, i unzipped it but when i tried to open it, it said that the file VB40032.dll was not found. Does any1 know where i can get this file?

Dead-Inside	The problem was you didn't have visual basic runtime files.
