What is AOS

I have been Playing WC3 and the TFT Beta an i allways come across AOS maps and i am wondering what AOS stands for?

well, AOS stands for Aeon of Strife, most of the maps has it in its title, DOH

AoS is a genre on custom games, in general it has 2 teams, 4 or 5 human players on each, with 1 computer controlled player on each team. The computer units spawn and move throughout the map in their ordered paths and attack the enemy. While the players only get 1 hero to battle and level up.
