hi i would like to make my own skin, but which kind file should i open, and how can i open it (if a program is needed), so i can extract it to photo shop (version 6)....

plz help me guys, the sooner i can make my skins, the sooner will my map be published :D

Warcraft III Viewer is the tool you need to convert the BLP textures to TGA format (you can ylso choose BMP or JPG), which can be opened by Photoshop and many other programs.

To put your skins into the game you will need WinMPQ. Check my FAQ Thread to find out where to get it.

Basically you have to put it into the correct folder inside your map/MPQ file.
To provide further help I need to know more things about it. What texture (I need the filename)?
