is it possible to change the speed of a model's animation by altering the .mdl file?

for instance, i want a dragon to flap its wings more slowly. can i just change that in the .mdl or do i have to make a separate animation?

thanks

some animations are controlled by outside files like the slk files etc. For example, the walking animation is controlled by unitui.slk.

But overall, no its not something easy to do in the mdl, as the bones which makes all things animated are all set to a certain frame (If you speak of seperate animation slowdown, like only wings but rest normal)

but for the entire model speed animation you can just use triggers
