Get rid of BM flag

I am trying to get rid of the blademaster flag. I delete the flag and the stick disspears but the flag is still there with team color. Then i try filling the flag white in the alpha channel to get rid of it but it is just white in game. How can i completely get rid of the flag?

You must edit the mdl file. You can use Yobgul's converter or an Hex editor, and see the tutorial in our "Tutorials" section. I also posted the model once in the Skinning Forum, just search for it there in older posts or use search engine.

so that means there is no way to make the areas that have team color transparent?

Without an edited model no. You'll see just a big colored square flying out there.
