Oh, that's bad. I just discovered that this does no longer work. I know now no location to download it as it isn't in the download section.
I'll talk to other staff members to resolve that lack as soon as possible.

I dont know about UMSWE 3.6, but you can find 3.2 at this link, and that's certainly better than nothing.
