Wierd Problem With Skin Inputting!

OK, I recently made a few skins. I made a test map to test out the skins. On the map, i put a Medivh(that was the skin i edited)
Then i opened up winMPG, and put in the skin, and everything went great. The skin worked and everything. Then i made a few changes on the skin, saved it again, and put it back in the same map again. This time when i open up the map, Medivh is just a shadow. Plz help me! I really need this problem fixed, cuz it happens to me in every map i put my skins in now!

I had the same problem in one of my maps, I fixed it by readding the skin an double checking the file path Paying close attention to capitol letters and such. I dont think this should matter but it worked for me...

I made sure that thecaps are same and everything. It still doesn't work.

I had a problem much like this when i started skinning, No worries, It's either you skinned too much off the extraspace, bad compression, or it's corrupted, It's likely corrupted, So what i do is extract a new version of the regular medivh skin, and paste it on the existing skin (Selecting the whole skin and pasting the old skin over that) If it still dosen't work it's likely a different problem, Also, are you using Photoshop or paint shop pro?

D*mn It didn't work. Could some1 PLz solve my problem 4 me? cuz i really want my skins to work, otherwise theres no point in doing them.

OK, I e-mailed it to you, But the problem is with all skins. The first time i put them in they work great, when i cahnge them and put em back in, they screw up...

Ill take a look and see what I can figure out.
