KMK's Max Script MDX Importer/Exporter

Guest	I desperat need this MAX script . I'm using 3D Max 5 and dont have it so please help!!!Ol and if you have link or somthing to Yobguls mdx->mdl File Converter it will be nice! 10x in advance!
