Is there any way to create a flame doodad on a unit every second or so to make it look like he/she is on fire? I've been trying to figure this out for a while :P Thanks. |

Guest | I believe there is a method to create a constant flame, like that of an inferno, but it requires you to edit the model itself. I'm not sure how to do this, but I've seen it done. |

You can try Special Effects - Create special effects on unit Attach it to his head, chest, origin, hand, whatever. Doodads\Cinematic\TownBurningFireEmitter\TownBurningFireEmitter.mdx I randomly pulled a fire mdx from the listfile. You can look through it to find one that's more appropriate. Save the special effect in a variable if you want to destroy it later. |
