QuestionMan
When I go to view my custom skin it is invisible and all you see is parts of the unit like the robe and the sword. The entire body part that I edited is invisible. I tried playing the map but then it just reverts back to the normal units skin. Can you please help?:(

Ah that's easy. Did you use wich program to edit and wich one to convert the skin? That's clearly a no alpha-channel problem.

I used the wc3 image extractor 2 from your site. I changed it to a .blp from a .tga but that didnt work so I tried changing it to .blp.blp because I was readng a tutorial that said it should look like this and he had .blp.blp in the name so I tired that and it still doesnt work please help. If you cant there will be no point in skinning for me except to keep from getting bored.

Could you send it to this email [email protected] so I can take a look at it (don't be afraid, I won't rob you skin or anything)?

It is just a skin I downloaded from here and updated and changed some. I was gonna give credit to those who gave me the ideas. When I changed it I didnt change anything out of the bounds of the skin so it should work.
