I've been told how to fix the problem of an invisible skin except the team color but I forgot. For more in-depth, all I see in-game of my BM is the team color and hero glow. Kind of a useless post but I really want to show my skin I made 8) (and get it to work for a map) |

the skin doesnt fit on the model... its like putting a grom hell scream skin on a blade master skin, it wont be able to wrap on the the model, so it doesnt show the skin, so all you see is the team colour. so your skin doesn't full fit the BM.:D |

Its the alpha channels, I know that for sure, I've had it happen before. I skinned the ChaosBladeMaster. |

ddddd DONT tell me you added armor... Anyway, you could try to re-extract the original chaos blade master, then CnP your skni onto it, save as TGA & covert to BLP again. :D |

well it could be taht your photo editor does some wacky s**t with alpha channels or that u messed with them to much maybe u put a very non noticable layer of .000000000000001 color anything will make the game make it team or invisable |

This is alpha channels problem. Probably it got deleted some way. Take a look on PSP or PS for the alpha channels, and see if it's there. If its not, then just create one. When saveing you must save as 32bit UNcompressed. |

select the areas u want invisible, go to mask or selection, and save as alpha 1 or something, you can get the correct channel name from an functioning skin. |
