Guest | -How do you scale the size of Doodads? (I wanted something that looked like a carriage but the closest thing I found was a wheel barrow and that is much to small. -Is there a list of all items, units, and animations in the game? Where can I access these? -Are there sites on how to reskin units? -How to set abilities for Heros and make new abilities (if possible). -Someone tell how to make a cinema or where to find how, lol. Kind of a big 'un I know |

Guest | 1st ?- I think you can just edit the stats by clicking on the doodad and then editing the properties. It uses X,Y, and Z to determine the size, so you can stretch it or just make it bigger. 2nd ?- Yes, there is a list of all the items, units, and animations and you can download them, or you can download the newest World Editor from this site (it includes the lists). Also, I think if you just look around in the Warcraft III directory or CD you can find the lists there too. 3rd ?- Easy, there is a thread all about that in this catogory of the forum (just look for it). You can kinda make "new abilities", but they require you to overwrite an old ability and you have to use triggers to make the spell actually happen. One way of doing this without overwriting would be to change one of the neutral hostile spells into your new spell, this way you still have one copy of the spell while creating a new one. 4th ?- I didn't understand what your asking here, sorry. |

Guest | Sorry I don't understand your answer to number 3 GAH can't remember it... *checks* oh yeah, so I have to erase a real ability to make a new one? Just to create the ability? What if I made a new hero? Question #4 was "How do you create a cinema?" |

Guest | Sorry about the confusion, you can find what you need to know at the post called "Hero Skills and Thier Position" that is in the Map Creation Forum (this forum). As to your 4th question, I'm not good with cinamatics so you need to ask someone else. |
