ok here is my problem i got my unit (rifleman) recolored it but in the process i thought i would take a look at the channels and what i wanted was to get rid of where it colors when ur red it goes red and that was in the alpha channel and all seemed well untill i loaded it and all i got was the cape and hood that waas the players color so im wondering how i can get rid of the colors that change for each color ie on acolyte the mouth gard changes red for red and pink for pink without screwing up my skin im useing adobe photoshop and pencilgods method in turtorials thx in advance for any assictance |

Hey I believe you need to use paintshop pro im not sure, but I have the same problem because I used Microsoft Picture It Express. For some reason if I edit it in that prgram it comes up looking like a red cape like you said. So try using paintshop pro you can download it free for 30day trial anywhere or (kazza ) cough....... You didn't hear that from me. Well this might not work, but I tried to help. |

You need to save it in 32 bit tga format. Then use image extractor 2 to convert it to .blp format. |

ok i did that with th 32bit and changed it to a blp but it came as a red cape and hood but on another model i used the same thing as well but didnt get rid of the alpha channels and it was fine, also does ne on know how to get rid of the colors that go red for player 1 blue for player 2 ect... |

i need help getting my skin on a model... i uploaded it and gave it the right custom path... but when i put it on a model and tried to put it on the map it couldn't load it... please help:infth: |

It doesn't work that way, sorry. Use my tutorial "Replacing a Skin." It can be found on my site. |
