leaderboard

Iv done everything im supose to and the leaderboard wont show up...


Here is EXACTLY what i did.

---------------------------------------------------------
--Map initialization

Create leaderboard for all players titled Energy

Add player 1 to last cereated leaderboard with lable energy and value 100

change the display style of last created leaderboard to show ......

show last created leaderboard

Set Leaderboard(a leaderboard variable) = last created leaderboard

-----------------------------------------------------------------

I also have another trigger like this:

------------------------------------------------------------------

--Every 2 sec

set energy(an integer variable) = energy - 1

change value for player 1 in Leaderboard to energy

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone know what the problem is? it could be very stupid since i havent really worked with leaderboards before...

Read the leaderboard tutorial. It has a sample map with one you can look at.

I read that. i wanted to download the map but it wont let me. it says 404 page not found.... can i get it from anywhere else?

You need to use the VARIABLE as the valvue... Now a set valvue.
Change the "100" valvue on the leaderboard to "Energy", your integer variable. And set its initial valvue to 100.

I did that its still now working... i attached the map to another thread called "Help... PLZ"

The only map we have with a leaderboard right now is our TD. Not a good choice for using as a sample since it does a lot of nonstandard and complicated things. The leaderboard is also complicated. We would sugguest you download maps untill you find a unlocked one and look at its leaderboard. Most AoS or TD maps will have one.

if you know how it works, could you PLZ download my map in my other thread "help... PLZ" and tell me what im doing wrong?

The leaderboard event is set to map initialization.
Leaderboards dont work if the event is map initialization.

Try Time-Time Elapsed and set it to 1 second or something.
That should work. =)
