Blighted trees without the blight?

Is it possible to place blight-affected trees without placing blight on the map?

Nah, I tried that. It looks like it works in the editor, but when you play the map, they're normal trees. :(

Maybe I'll just stick some blight under them unless anyone has other ideas.
