One thing I noticed playing with war3 classic's add/remove ability actions is that sometimes they work funny, and you run into all sorts of problems. TFT WE is SWEEET!!!! ;) OK, now say you want a unit that's gonna have 7 abilities that are useable, and you want him to have tons and tons of passive abilities. Any one of these could be turned on/off during the game. So now war3 is smart -- if you remove an ability or add one, it almost always works. If you add a new one, it'll stick it on the end. If you add one that was removed before, it puts it back where it was. So if give them all their possible useable abilities, then all their possible passive abilities, and then disable them all, throughout the map you'll be able to enable/disable them at your whim, and the passive abilities will always work (because they now work even if you can't see their button) and the active abilities will always work because they will be at front so they'll always have a button. Sweet eh? I'm off to test how many passive abilities it'll let me stack... |

You can turn them off, not on. Go hide. |

Nice! So if you can give enough abilities in the editor you could make heroes with random skills. We like....we like.:D |

That is an awesome feature indeed... But don't missuse it.. Giving a hero 20 abilities (or is 7 still the max?) is pretty much overkill... Even though it allows people to pick and choose... They will pick the awesome ones like vamp aura or bash or divine shield... Then what happens when they want to pick like... 6+ active abilities... How would you be able to use them all.. Would they fill in all the button spots on the hero? Just an inquiring mind.. :ggani: |

didnt u read what he said? Basically, u start with say 20 abilites. You disable 13 of them so there is 7 on the panel. You disable one of theese 7 and enable one of the 13 and that one enters the panel. thats the proccess. :D |

You can only have 5 Upgradable ability. Blame blizzard for that one. |
