Guest | can you import a sound and use it as a 3d sound? i imported this one sound and it worked fine... then i changed it to a 3d sound, set it's position with a trigger.. and now i dont hear anything when it's supposed to play.. any ideas? |

Check that other thread. Perhaps it got removed when you used the Test Map button. Tip: You can select what sort of sound a wav is in the Sound Module. Double click it and there are several modifications you can change. |

Guest | still doesnt work even when i save the map then load it as a custom game after loading war3... it does work however if i have not made it a "3d sound". I have a trigger that attaches it to a unit then plays it a few seconds later. I've used 3d sounds before and they have worked fine... but those were all internal sounds that i was using. It's just when i import them from outside the game that it doesnt work. |

Can you play the sound in the Sound Editor and hear it? Check the format of the wav as well (Bit-type, mono or stereo, etc). |
