I need some help. Cant find a file

Hello

I am testing out a tutorial to make/edit wc3 models, and i cant seem to find the file: War3.MPQ.txt.

In the tutorial it says i need it, but neither me or my m8 can find the file. If any1 knows where i can find it, or what prog that got it or what i have to do, please help

Open up war3.mpq in WinMPQ or anyother MPQ extracting program and extract the file named (listfile)

the problem is that i cant open the war3.mpq in mpqview without opening the: War3.MPQ.txt. first

Use Winmpq.

by some reason i cant run it

I get this error: The dynamic link library: VB40032.DLL could not be found in the specified path............................

so i searched 4 the file, but i dont got it.
What i do then??

You need the runtime libraries located on ShadowFlare's site.
