I was posting this in hopes for some help but i know that weaaddar will probably just yell at me or something :) I was just wondering if its possible to do this online? I know how to use game cache for a single player game but ccould it be possible with scripting or something so u caould make a file that war could preload that had information on it?

You have to understand that game cache is cleared after the game victory/defeat score scene is shown. Becuase it stores your hero stats gold etc...when you leave However to keep these stats would cause large amounts of space to be taken up so its told to purge the cache file after doing show scores.

I remember someone posting that Blizzard did not want to allow a custom online map to just arbitrarily write as much info they want to the players harddrive. Someone could easily rig up a map on purpose or mistake and keep writing to disk in an infiinite loop. Most players probably wouldn't know wtf is wrong and blame it on Blizzard. Dunno why Bliz don't just limit the max number of bytes you can write and allow it to be used online.
