Why blizz why????????

With this new patch not only did they completely destroy any wip with spells, but also they nearly destroyed most of the new features in FT. Everything new I noticced in the game (I had beta) was changed to be the same in vanilla, now the ONLy thing you get out of buying FT is new units and a new campaign... so why blizzard? Wouldnt you prefer people to buy it for all the new improvements? Wasnt all these new features like building/research queus one of your major selling features? If it was then why get rid of this marketing advantage? Not to mention making all of us mapmakers angry. oh well time to start over on spells, can the maps themselves at least be brought over to FT, if not the spells?

Poor marketing or not, I'm still buying it at 12 o'clock tonight :D

To true. The main things is the Spell Editor and campaign that's new yet, people will still go running into the stores for the game when it comes out.

I personly am going to pick it up around 10:00 tomarrow.

not bad marketing cause TFT is on a whole new bnet network, so to play TFT your going to have to have it.

and most of the balance/item changes aren't in 1.10 either and that is the main thing they changed in the game.
TFT is a whole nother form of strategy from warcraft... different emphasis on thing and so on so it's really not that big of a loss.

u have to remember that for those who play melee a majority of the time, the new units will add a lot of flavour to the game

everything thas been said I knew already, as Ive played it, but none the less, a lot of the new changes to melee (besides new units, items and maps) where these small little tihngs. Im just saying they would have done better to wait a bit, or release it earlier. It just seems to me that now was poor timing.

and whatever you said about networking went right over me, yes its a new game so it wont be able to play with original warcraft... is that what you mean?
