You see, i had to adapt many custom SLK and Profile files to make my map completely compatible with that great (annoying for us mapmakers, but eh - what do we want ?) Patch 1.10. I am glad to tell you that it doesn't take that much to update the custom files. The new version is available for DL in both links in my signature. There are also 2 updates : 1) Fixed fatal error caused by some player's typed commands 2) Changed default time to evening to preserve yours eyes from being hurt (you can still use the "+morning" command if you prefer daytime ^^). Now, please all stop complaining and get your arse into gear to fix all your maps, its easy as can be (took me 1 hour) ^^ Regards to everybody |

Oh well i talked too fast. When working perfectly in single player, i noticed a few problems that i had to fixed (released version 6.35) on bnet. This said there remains an annoying selection bug that can only be fixed everytime by reselecting the builder. I am still investigating, but i am afraid the reason for that bug could be beyond my current knowledge of the new ROC 1.10. If i fix it, i'll keep you all updated. If not, i will just work on a TFT version of my map trying to include many new things from the expansion. Regards |

I think I'm speaking for mappers everywhere, ChrydGod, when I salute you for your ability and willingness to promptly fix your map for 1.10. Lord knows there aren't many custom maps that work right now. And there aren't going to be many RoC maps either, now that TFT is out. Speaking of which, time to go get a copy. :infth: |

My builder is screwed up. his auto-repair (not a custom one) and maybe some other of his stats just screw the selection up. That is why sometimes towers refuse to build/upgrade. Actually i just played a game a few hours ago, and i finished it. Trust me everything worked, but swapping selections between builder / towers was a challenge in itself ^^ Anyways i will have to or continue using complete slk&yxy editing or redo all units with TFT Editor (most likely). If i notice (i doubt it though) that many bnet users stick to ROC, i might decide to just fix that damn builder. Regards PS : I just hope it isn't actually caused by all my selections triggers, that would mean they changed something there that i am unaware of. Cross fingers |

It seems that bug is cause by a dysfunction in the GetLocalPlayer primitive... Trying to find a fix for this right now. Regards |

I borrowed a TFT primitive to select a single unit for a player, thus not needing syncselections or getlocalplayer ^^ Now the map works a treat.... or nearly :'( I came up to a strange bug (haven't worked out when it happens yet though) that makes placeholders for builds & tooltips invisible !!! The game remains playable, but harder to maze when that bug occurs. Oh well investigation part III :/ Regards |

I noticed that "invisible placeholders and tooltips" bug on some other maps on bnet too. And this "cant upgrade" and selection bugs are pretty annoying too. You have to click on other towers and then again the tower you want to upgrade several times until upgrading will work. emote_sweat |
