It seems that after 1.10 the Allow Local Files registry key fails to work for me. Does it work with anyone else? Has Blizzard removed it? Is a different registry key needed now? |

Using complete SLK & TXT editing, my map wasn't able to be properly edited in ROW WE 1.10 This said, this bug disappeared from TFT WE. The funny thing is i had to use the TFT WE to edit my map for ROC. The other problem i had with ROC WE is this bad habit of saving maps into w3x format, guessing some of my changes to be TFT ones. I think we should all swap ROC WE and move to TFT. I might be wrong though. Regards |

Confirmed I monitored the registry access done by worldedit. There was no more Allow Local Files !!! I also have found some unknowned keys (some like the Internal ones i found earlier) : HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Internal HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Internal\Debug Memory HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Internal\Protect Memory HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Internal\Realloc Shuffle HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Internal\No Minidumps HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\Gfx EnablePixelFog HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\Gfx NoFog HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\WorldEdit\Have Your Cake And Eat It Too HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO ??????? WTF? i doubt its the new Allow Local Files. I am confused now, i nearly forgot how blizzard could have such a sense of humour ^^ Regards |

I hope they add it back in because Allow Local Files was very nice to use. No need to put stuff in mpqs all the time. |
