Import Manager Bug

I found a bug in the Import Manager recently while I was working on my project. I imported a custom GlobaStrings.fdf through the Import Manager, but the changes in it were ignored. Yes, I did change it's path to "UI\FrameDef\GlobalStrings.fdf". Other files imported using the Import Manager work fine. Importing it directly into War3Patch.mpq using WinMPQ worked fine, but when I release my Campaign, I don't want to release a modified War3Patch.mpq with it. Any help or a workaround would be greatly appreciated. And before anyone suggests using the "Advanced->Game Interface" option in WE, the fields I need aren't there. See my screenshot to see the results of my modified GlobalStrings.

Jeez, NO replies? *bump*

EDIT: Just to make this not a completely worthless post, I have a feeling that the problem has to do with the load order of imported files. It seems that some files load first from the .w3m, but that others (such as GlobalStrings) load first from War3Patch. Perhaps this will be fixed in a future patch?

The problem is that some files are loaded when War3 is started and not when the map file is processed. For example those files that he needs to display the menu.

Well, it sounds like I'll have to be distributing an .MPQ after all :(

I see what you're doing with the .fdf file, and it's cool, but don't you think it might be worth taking a comprimise on overall appearance in order to be able to release it as a map, and not a mod?

It would be Battle.netable, for one thing, and people wouldn't have to overwrite Warcraft 3 (or get a loader). All in all, I think making a mod is really only for if you have a major important thing to change, and it seems like what you have there is mostly aesthetic.

Hate to burst your bubble, Magias, but that was the point. Didn't you notice the system I have set up? Keep = +10 gold, Castle = +20 gold, Lumber Mill = +25 lumber? Check my sig ;)
