Guest | Yo, I'd like to make a map in which two players are one "team" -- as in Starcraft "team melee" games. That is to say, there's one town, and two players have total control over it. So here is my question. Is it possible to have players share resources? I've seen a flat "no" -type answer to that question in Blizzard's FAQ, but that thing is pre-release. It doesn't address many features that exist in the game. Well, what I need is for 2 players to exist as 1 player normally would. Can it be done? Thanks, GS |

Guest | Doesnt one player already control the amount of gold/lumber? Like when you play a 2v2 game or something, and someone drops, you inherit theyre units, but you use theyre gold, and when they mine gold, they get it, not you, even though they are not there anymore. Why cant you have this, and then use basic triggers to make sure the gold amount on the second player's screens equal the amount on the first players. For the upkeep things, you might have to use invisible units and farms on a corner somewhere. |
