I have some map problems

I was wondering how to do a couple things... I'm not new at mapping but this new editor is odd...

I'm almost done my new Aeon of Strife map but i dont know how to:

1)Make the spellcasters i added cast spells instead of attack
2)Change the amount of XP per unit kill,
3)Fix teams, so that you are unable to change your race

And who made the origional AoS? I have to give them credits and i cant remember their name...
