Hey, I cant figure out why my Custom Icon wont work ingame I have TFT and I imported the item using the editor, and I put it as the Icon. In all the previews in the editor u can see the Icon, but ingame it is either clear or becomes the same Icon as an empty slot, but it IS there. I tried taking off the extension, but it has no effect. Help? |

Make sure you have only one alpha channel, and save it as 32bit. |

Just checking, but if you want the icon to work with a disabled counterpart, you should change the path in the Import Editor to read ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\youricon.blp Regardless, the first icon should show up properly, unless Blizzard changed it to only accept icons in the right spot, which seems unlikely. |

I see you use PSP. I don't remember it very well, I think it was on masks>alpha channel, then find new on somewhere. See te stickied alpha channel thread in this Forum. About the staff, make it a reddish looking, orange more like, and add more shading. And dark the back on the parts next to the staff to give it more contrst. Also copy the W3 button border from another button as well. |

When you open up an extracted TGA, you'll already have the default alpha channels loaded up, so just make your next icons on Bliz's icons. |
