spell editor?

is there a spell editor in TFTWE if there is where??? iv looked around and cant find anything all i see is the AL editor and it shows spells...

Yes, there certainly is a spell editor in TFTWE, although it may not be as elaborate as you would like it to be. You can access the spell editor by following the path:

Module --> Object Editor --> Click on the Tab called "Abilities"
