Item Editor?

For my custom RPG for TFT I want my hero to be able to buy items. (ex. Iron Plate, with a picture of the human armor 1st level upgrade).

Am I able to do this with a special program? I know how to make the item add +10 armor or whatever, its just the picture I want to import.

Click on the item, click on Art - Inference Icon. On the Preset dropbox, select Upgrades. Than select Iron Plating on the next dropbox. Click OK.
