if anyone has played footmen warz [RC] version there is a rock n roll guy in the middle i was wonder how did he get it? if u havnt played it here it is...
That rock n roll guy was most likely to be Arthas.
He is found in the Icecrown Glacier doodad section of trees/destructibles, just look for Rockin Arthas.
