im having a bit of a block in the ol noodle. so far i have a pyromancer, defender of the faith (a more offencive spin of the pally) Ranger, Thief, and summoner. oh and i WILL not use heros like Archmage or Warrior. too broad. want to define the heroes as specifically as possible. oh and ive heard that what blizz did in the orc campaign isnt possible, but if it is and anyone knows how to do it then post it here! |

Add "Martial Artist" and "Chief Cook" to the list and you'll be just about as complete as anyone ever has been. |

there is some merit in the martial artist one. like a warrior monk with a stick or something. i just dont know what unit would really fit that. |

well it really depends on what the story is if you want it to have a good feel to it... you could expand your pyromancer idea and make an aquamancer (water) and a terramancer (earth), even a gyromancer... (umm what's the special word for wind? i just found out that gyromancy is some weird magic that involves walking around in a magic circle... ://// ) or like... terra fiend, or aqua lord or and combination of the two with cool adjectives mixed in here and there (aqua fiend, terra lord... magic guys are easy to do, just pick a theme and find some cool words to mix in with it.) make a lancer, a fisherman or pirate/treasure hunter, a demolitionist, and a spirit hunter that can phase out and in from being invisible, and when he's invisible he can see other invisible units, and only the invisible "ghost" units that wander the ethereal plane, but invisible units can only see him when he is invisible also. so you have like two different dimensions that only certain people can travel through...:foot: hmm wait.. maybe i'll use that last one... :gsmile: |
