Important trigger help

Hello
Could anyone please help me with a trigger.


I need a trigger to make it so

say there were 3 pads Low, Medium & high
low can be activated any level.

But heres the catch how do i make it so when a hero is only above level 5 they can activate medium level creeps like done in zoator td

Please any1 who can do this please post how to.

-(hero level of (triggering unit)) greater than or equal to 5
