i put alot of elevators in one of my maps, i modeled it off of one of undead campaign maps where arthas had to escape the from the underground place with the cryptlord...well anyways there was a part where u had to walk over some elevators and i am trying to use the same idea in my map.... elevaors use 3 different hieghts: 1,2,3 my problem: well i can make the elevators move around just fine, but when i play it in game and i go to walk on a elevator my unit can step on to a elevator that is on a height of lvl 3 from the lvl 1 ground and he can step off a lvl 3 elevator to a lvl 2 elevator and so on...i want it so that he can only move to a elevator when it is on the same height as him.. i beleive it has something to do with the elevator properties but i dont know for sure... how do i fix this?? thx alot |

use the doodad trigger for elevator doors, only open the doors to the dirrections that you want the hero to go to, and close it off on all other sides. The elevator doodad door is an invisible doodad that blocks off an entire side so you should probably set them while having the pathing view on. |
