ability editor in TFTWE?

Fragmentation	where is this ability editor in the TFTWE? I presume it edits spells and such?

DaKaN	goto the object editor. It has seperate tabs to edit units, abilities, items, upgrades

Fragmentation	ty dakan dragon no i had a megaman site long ago and that pic was one of em i got the that pic from an even older site so i forget also that site is very nice i bookmarked it
