Which .txt would i use to import into my newest map

STURMguy22	i find them in about every .mpq in the war3 folder. Which one would i find the newest one in?

LordAllout	Search for the files you need at war3patch.mpq first.

Panto	Actually, assuming that you're using TFT, I recommend you look in War3x.mpq, since the layout of many of the importable files changed with the release of RoC 1.10 and TFT.
