IF YOU ARE MISSING ANY .DLL FILES, YOU'VE CAME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! WALKTHROUGH Click here to begin 1. when you reach the homepage look on the left side of the screen and click on "Download dll-files". 2. Then look up the name of the dll file you are missing. (Note: if you don't know what dll file you are missing or you forget go to win zip and click on the link that told you that you need or could not load a dll file.) 3. when you have selected the dll file and have downloaded it go to the location you saved it to then open it. 4. find the file. 5. extract the file into the location where the win mpq is located and drag the dll file into the win mpq file and add it. emote_sweat May have to read it again! |

It's better to install the Visual Basic runtime files and the Runtime Files Pack 3 than to do that. |

[color=firebrick]Some people say this has nothing to do with skinning, but it does. when i downloaded win mpq (a program needed for skinning) i tryed to open the application but an error message popped up and said i was misssing a .dll file. So i went on a site downloaded the fmissing file and fixed the problem :ggani: :ggani: : |

Maybe if you had read the readme or even looked at the page you downloaded you'd have realized that you need those two packs to use WinMPQ. |

I think this thread is pointless (in the Skinning and in the Editing Tools Forum) as there are TWO tutorials so far on how to set up WinMPQ in order to avoid errors. CLOSED The site is not bad, but only for other Windows problems, not for tools problems in this forum. |
